1988th

CompING was established as a craft based on the primary activities of creating and selling computer software and providing IT services. From the very beginning of operations CompING recognizes the importance of organized technical support, as one of the most important activities aimed at improving overall market performance.

CompING LDA becomes' Hummingbird Master Reseller "for the Republic of Croatia;
Through distribution companies CHS, CompING LDA becomes 'HP Reseller';

1997th

Following the total business, the corporation promotes HP CompING LDA in the first valid and fully with the status of Croatian companies' Hewlett-Packard Authorized Dealer through a direct contract (HP Vienna).
Immediately after the offices of Microsoft Croatia - CompING LDA satisfies all conditions and becomes "Microsoft Solution Provider '
CompING LDA becomes 'IBM Business Partner' for RISC, PC and network platforms;
After signing the contract branch office HP and IBM, which happened almost at the same time, our service personnel are redirected to the service and support for "Brand Name" these PC manufacturers.

CompING LDA gets the status of 'HP Authorized Support Provider' (Service Center) - for the full range of HP equipment including HP printers, scanner and plotter. We reserve the status of a Microsoft Solution provider.
CompING LDA established a subsidiary in Osijek (Osijek CompING Ltd.) - with the primary activities of the IT consulting, sales, support and maintenance - based on HP, IBM and Microsoft products. We reserve the status of a Microsoft Solution provider.

1999th

CompING LDA becomes' HP OpenView Authorized Partner Solution implementor.
CompING LDA shall meet the requirements and becomes the 'HP UX Value Added Reseller. Kept the Microsoft Solution provider.

2000th

CompING LDA reserves the status of direct HP partner for design, sales, implementation and support. We reserve the status of a Microsoft Solution provider.

2001th

CompING LDA launches initiative to obtain authorization for HP UX suportni center. We reserve the status of a Microsoft solutions partner - Microsoft Certified Partner.

CompING LDA becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Support Services.

CompING LDA becomes RSA Security Select Level Partner

The company carried out the project implementation Comping ITSM (IT Service Management) tools in T-HT d.o.o.
The solution is based on HP OpenView Service Desk 5.1 product in which it was on the implementation of ITIL processes and their harmonization with the actual processes within the T-HT doo organization. All users is enabled through Web sites open registration, posting requests for services (installation, procurement, relocation, expense ...). He also implemented the approval requirements set by Web sites, monitoring the course of solving (applications, requests ..), and finally the possibility of evaluation services provided by the end user.

The entire system is switched on, and asset management through a single CMDB database, as well as integration with other management tools (SMS, NNM, Operations, Tivoli), with the aim of quality management IT system as a whole.

Financial Agency (FINA) this year in collaboration with Microsoft Croatia and Comping in a comprehensive set out by many of the major project of migration of existing IT systems to Windows 2003 Active Directory directory system. This solution will allow faster and more efficiently manage and control future upgrades simpler and more security.

Implemented ITSM tool with which we are at this stage comprised Helpdesk and Request Management. The tool is fully integrated with Active Directory service, and the CMDB-based Service Manager 7 tools are all user data, and data on IT equipment in use.
