Internal implementation within the organization of 70 employees includes customized sales functionalities in Dynamics CRM. Besides sales force automation, quote processing includes discounts, sales margins and taxes. With automation of pricelist import is accomplished unique centralized data management containing all Comping customers, contacts, products, price lists and commercial conditions.
This new way of working enables integration of purchase business processes, delivery, dispatching and the most important of tracking payments. Dynamics CRM covers all daily employee activities and work orders ready to be invoiced. It is also enabled import of all certificates and skills which employees have. Now all users can easily get all colleague competences to be able to produce sales literature or project plan. It is possible to insert or edit certificate, connect certificate to employee or search certificates and skills. It is also used to manage all Comping contracts and licenses, pool car dispatching, managing sales activities, creating and managing marketing campaigns. Dynamics CRM 2011 is also very powerful reporting tool with possibility for short term and long term sales planning.

Comping has successfully managed the project for the Hypo Group Alpe Adria Leasing to transfer the complete maintenance of Oracle Applications eBS Core Leasing from one maintainer to another, including:

The complexity of the project increased with eight different companies from five different countries involved in the project with transitional period of only three months. Leading 33 days of functional, technical and system administration workshops on two different continents Comping project managers confirmed the competence, successfully avoid all project risks, and ensure that all project objectives are achieved in the planned time and within planned budget.
