We allow users to log incidents and requests for intervention in the following ways:

  • Registration via e-mail address support@comping.hr. E-mail message must contain the following information: description of the incident, name of contact person at the user's e-mail contact person, phone number, contact person and registration number of the company. The service is active only during business hours (8:00 to 16:00 h).
  • Registration through the web channel http://support.comping.hr. Notification can be made 24x7x365, for those users who have contracted technical support. Instructions for use and monitoring the status of their incidents receive when activating their services.
