1. Defining the very purpose of implementation, scope and manner of application specific products in the environment - business system users. Agree the criteria by which to determine the required amount of IT experts and equipment for the implementation of the project, time frame and a way to verify the results of each phase and the project as a whole.
2. Analysis of ways to be implemented product support business processes, and how business processes will change if it proves effective and economical solution.
3. Testing and analysis of results based on which the product is adapted to the needs of business users, either by setting system parameters, or design and construction of new functional modules of the product.
4. Last phase of the project refers to the submission of the customer to use, including delivery and installation, user training and proactive monitoring of work in the first few weeks of use the system to determine that the user is able to effectively use the system developed in real conditions.
