Comping becomes a member of the Croatian Academy of Engineering

At its 11th session, held on May 15, the Croatian Academy of Engineering (HATZ) confirmed the decision to elect Comping as a supporting member of the Academy. This decision represents recognition of Comping’s long-standing efforts to actively contribute to strengthening cooperation between the scientific and technological communities in Croatia.

The Croatian Academy of Engineering was founded on January 19, 1993. Its activities include research and development in the field of engineering sciences, participation in nationally significant projects, encouragement and organization of scientific activities, as well as international cooperation and knowledge transfer. Since October 2000, HATZ has been a member of the International Council of Academies of Engineering and Technological Sciences (CAETS), and since January 2005 it has also been an associate member of the European Council of Applied Sciences and Engineering (Euro-CASE).

Through long-term collaboration with leading STEM faculties, Comping recognizes that the role of IT companies goes beyond commercial objectives. Through student scholarship programs, mentorship, and project collaboration with the academic community, Comping actively contributes to connecting scientific excellence with business solutions.

By becoming a member of the Academy, which enjoys international recognition, Comping further strengthens its position and gains the opportunity to more strongly integrate the latest scientific and technological achievements into projects for its clients.
