Comping’s CEO Alojzije Jukić presented the scholarships to the winning entrants.
This is the second time Comping has awarded scholarships to excellent students. At the ceremony, the last year’s winners – now Comping scholars – have congratulated their successors. As such, they will have an opportunity to learn what is it like to work for a company the operation of which is based on the state-of-the-art technologies and the latest global trends. Top-quality mentors will be supervising the students all the time, organizing special lectures for them and helping them with their degree reports. The students will also be involved in Comping’s projects and will have an opportunity to use technologies like Internet of Things, Cloud, Big Data, CRM, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Open Source Technologies etc.

This year’s students of the Academy – its first generation – attend one of the two programs available: Virtus – a development program for managers who already have certain responsibility for human resources or whose role in the company requires a high level of coordination and resource management; and Propero – a program for experts, intended for those with visible development potential, whose expert role in the company has relevant impact on business results and customer relations. Both programs are two-year programs, each year consisting of five modules.
