We participated in Locked Shields 2026, the world's largest and most sophisticated international cyber defence exercise, organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). Held annually since 2010, the exercise brings together more than 4,000 experts from over 40 countries to simulate the defence of national critical infrastructure against realistic, coordinated cyber attacks.
Our cybersecurity experts took part as members of the Croatian team, which comprised representatives from the military, public, and private sectors. Throughout the exercise, they were responsible for defending complex IT and operational technology (OT) systems, focusing on the technical aspects of cyber defence and the implementation of defensive strategies in realistic operational scenarios. Particular emphasis was placed on protecting critical infrastructure and ensuring business continuity under heightened security threats.
Participating in such a demanding and dynamic environment further strengthened our expertise in network and cybersecurity. It also demonstrated our ability to operate effectively in international, highly complex security scenarios and reinforced our commitment to delivering resilient and advanced cybersecurity capabilities
